Jessica is a Senior Associate at Stonegate Legal and an experienced litigation solicitor.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and a Bachelor of Commerce. She was admitted to legal practice in 2011 and has more than a decade of experience advising and representing clients in contentious matters.

Her qualifications in law and business give Jessica a strong understanding of the commercial realities underlying legal disputes. This enables her to consider not only the legal merits of a matter, but also its financial, operational and reputational implications. She uses this broader perspective to develop practical litigation strategies aligned with each client’s commercial objectives.

Jessica has conducted trials and acted in matters across a broad range of Australian courts, including the Local and Magistrates Courts, District Courts, Supreme Courts and the High Court of Australia. This experience enables her to confidently guide clients through each stage of the litigation process, from initial advice and pre-litigation strategy through to contested hearings and trials.

Jessica has particular experience in defamation and reputation management, commercial litigation, civil disputes and debt recovery. She assists individuals and businesses at every stage of a dispute, from early advice and pre-litigation correspondence through to negotiated resolution and court proceedings.
