Joel Webster is a Paralegal and Operations Support at Stonegate Legal, currently studying a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) at the Queensland University of Technology. He assists the firm’s solicitors and support staff and helps ensure the firm’s systems work as efficiently as possible.
Joel’s primary focus is on efficiency and automation, leveraging the firm’s matter management software to streamline how work moves through the firm, along with developing and maintaining the firm’s precedents.
He also supports the solicitors in a paralegal capacity, including matter administration and legal research.
Joel is motivated and driven, both in his studies and in supporting the legal team and takes genuine satisfaction in finding better ways of doing things.
Outside the office, he makes the most of time with family and friends and any opportunity to travel.
He enjoys being outdoors, whether that is down at the beach or out on the tennis court.
