Agostina is an admitted lawyer in Argentina and practised primarily in corporate law before relocating to Australia. She also completed a postgraduate qualification in Corporate Law. She is currently working as a Paralegal at Stonegate Legal while working towards admission as a solicitor in Australia. Before relocating to Australia, Agostina gained experience across both the public and private sectors. As a practising lawyer in Argentina, her work included legal drafting, contract management, litigation, regulatory matters, and client advisory services. At Stonegate Legal, Agostina assists across a broad range of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, defamation, debt recovery, and building and construction litigation. She regularly assists with legal research, drafting correspondence and court documents, preparing evidence, managing document disclosure, and liaising with clients, counsel, courts, and third parties. Based on the Sunshine Coast, Agostina enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is committed to providing practical, detail-oriented support while continuing to develop her knowledge of Australian legal practice and litigation.
