KV Projects Pty Ltd v Regal Bridges Pty Ltd and Ors (No. 2) [2021] QDC 37 – we obtained a judgment of $205,363.03 and $27,184.14 costs.
Angela Hastings v Vantage Holdings Australia Pty Ltd [2021] FWC 5035 – successful unfair dismissal claim – our client got $36,217.00 + super.
DSGN Kartell Pty Ltd v Pathmaperuma & Anor [2020] QCAT 211 – we successfully argued that costs should be paid to our client after the applicant withdrew the claim as they knew they would lose.
