Loren McDonald is the Client Liaison at Stonegate Legal, supporting clients throughout their engagement with the firm and helping ensure matters progress smoothly from onboarding through to completion.
Loren works closely with the firm’s solicitors, accounts and administration teams, with a particular focus on client communication, billing and account management, matter progression and the overall client experience.
With extensive experience in customer service, leadership and operations, Loren understands the importance of clear communication, particularly when clients are navigating complex or stressful legal matters.
Loren takes a practical and proactive approach to client liaison, helping clients understand what is happening with their matter, what is required from them and the next steps in the process, while supporting the firm to maintain consistent systems and service standards.
Loren is a warm and down-to-earth person who enjoys connecting with people and creating an environment where they feel comfortable, heard and supported.
Having spent much of her career working with people from all walks of life, she values kindness, humour and genuine communication and brings those qualities into both her professional and personal life.
Outside of work, Loren enjoys spending time with her family, getting outdoors and making the most of life on the Sunshine Coast. She loves good food, keeping active, travelling and finding any excuse to spend time near the water.
